FAQs

Absolutely. Balanced Body Education prides itself on teaching the full Pilates Reformer repertoire. While classic exercises are taught, they are presented with a contemporary understanding of movement science and biomechanics, tailored to individual client abilities. This approach allows you to apply the Reformer repertoire to the moving, dynamic body in front of you. Each course also teaches how to maximise the potential of each exercise, enabling you, as you progress through the curriculum, to design endlessly creative, safe and effective Reformer classes.

With each Reformer course offering—Reformer Level 1 and Reformer Level 2—you may begin teaching as agreed with your club manager or champion and start working on the Reformer. You will not receive your in-club certification until all requirements have been completed and you have successfully tested out.

This is a specific certificate programme designed to meet the needs of your club or organisation. Upon successful completion of programme requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from your club or organisation, powered by Balanced Body.

Yes. All coursework presented in the Pilates Reformer for the Fitness Professional programme maps directly to the internationally recognised Balanced Body Reformer Certification.
