The Allegro® Extended Head End Platform is a versatile accessory to elevate your Reformer workout. Position yourself at the Reformer’s head end and use spring resistance when pulling the carriage towards you. For spinal mobilisation, as in seated cat or mermaid, you’ll want to enhance your Reformer with the Allegro Add-a-Platform.
