FAQs

Included with your purchase are Balanced Body’s exclusive Anatomy Build videos. These engaging, informative videos show you step by step how to build the muscles on your skeleton while teaching musculoskeletal anatomy for movement.

To use the Skeleton, users should have good manual dexterity and be able to follow audio and video instructions. Students in secondary school or older should be able to use the Skeleton successfully.

Learning is more effective when multiple senses are involved. If the student builds the muscles themselves, the process is active rather than passive, which can lead to a more successful learning experience.

You will need non-drying modelling clay, a wooden or plastic knife, a rolling pin, and a mat to roll the clay on.
