Contrology® Cadillac Jpack Springs

The J-Pack Springs include two heavy arm springs and two heavy leg springs, providing maximum resistance when attached to the canopy tubes of your Contrology® Cadillac. Faithfully recreated from the original springs given to Jay Grimes by Clara Pilates in the late 1960s, they deliver an authentic, traditional feel. These springs are optional and recommended for experienced Pilates practitioners.
