Contrology® Spring Circle

Faithful reproductions from Joseph Pilates, Spring Circles (aka Magic Circles) are made from tempered spring steel with padded wooden handles. These rings add resistance and weight to classical Pilates exercises. They feature 2, 3, or 4 spring steel bands, offering increasing levels of resistance.
