The Contrology® Reformer with Tower and Contrology Wall Tower includes two Push-Through Bar Springs – one positioned at the top and one at the bottom. Individual Push-Through Bar Springs are available to help you progress your practice when you’re ready. Additional springs can be purchased separately.
