Precision Rotator Disc
Read More
Made of durable ABS construction with calibration markers to easily assess range of motion in rotational patterns.
Precision Rotator Discs are used on the floor and on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer and Trapeze Table (Cadillac). No-resistance rotator discs have long been used to challenge stability and encourage rotational movements in the limbs or torso. Adding resistance enhances the challenge and helps strengthen rotational patterns, joint stability, balance and range of motion.
Each Precision Rotator Disc can hold a maximum weight of 277 kg. Our Rotator Discs are not adjustable and provide one resistance level.
- 23cm or 30cm with No Resistance
- 23cm or 30cm with Light Resistance
- 23cm or 30cm with Heavy Resistance
Note: Precision Rotator Discs are also available for CoreAlign and Jumpboards.
FAQs

Foot size is the main reason for offering different-sized discs. The 23 cm disc also allows the feet to be positioned closer together.
Precision Rotator Discs are used on the floor for leg and arm rotational exercises.
They can also be positioned on vertical surfaces or walls for arm exercises.
Balanced Body also offers pairs of Precision Rotator Discs that can be used on Jumpboards and CoreAlign.
